‍I've spent 30 years in creative leadership. Studios, agencies, global tech, broadcasters, brands. I've worked in every creative discipline, had successes in all, and made mistakes too. I've built a career I'm proud of.

Now I spend a significant part of my time working one-to-one with creative leaders and those aspiring to be. Four sessions, 50 minutes each, usually taken weekly. We work on whatever's in front of you: confidence, communication, navigating politics, landing the role, leading the team. No curriculum, no framework. Just honest conversation and 30 years of experience applied directly to your situation.

The cost is £1,000 + VAT for four sessions. I also offer a discretionary bursary of £800 for the four sessions for those who need it. If that's you, just say so. No questions asked.
